LeMaSa is a black-owned company specialising in Assessment and Development Centres, Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection as well as Organisational Development. LeMaSa uses a network of highly skilled consultants to deliver their services to selected clients. The consultants are mainly Industrial/Clinical Psychologists and other Human Resource professionals.
LeMaSa is committed to offering world-class services. We are results oriented and therefore motivated by achievement. We measure achievement in terms of meeting clients’ requirements within the agreed upon time frames. As a consulting firm we are quality conscious and do not compromise service standards. All our assessment tools/methodologies adhere to the requirements as prescribed by the Health Professions Council of South Africa and the Assessment Centre Study Group of South Africa. Our programmes and interventions are cost-effective and aligned to achieve the standards and qualifications registered on the National Qualifications Framework. All our programmes and processes are also registered with the Services SETA.

Our Mission

This is done by using Assessment and Development Centres, Training and Development interventions, as well as Organisational Development interventions. Sizakele Mbhele: Director
Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Arts degree; University Education Diploma; Bachelor of Education degree: University of Zululand
- Master’s degree in Education: University of South Africa (UNISA).
- Special Human Resources Management Programme: Continuous Centre of Education (CCE) at WITS Technickon.
Work experience covers the business, academic and private sectors. As lecturer, senior manager and consultant, her experience includes -
- Performance Management Systems.
- Work/ Job Profiling across company.
- Organizational Development processes within business Units.
- Change Management and Team Development/ Effectiveness and Interventions.
- Facilitating Strategic Planning Sessions
- Study Skills Support for Tertiary and High School Youth and Adults involved in learning activities.
- Facilitating a full process that enables individuals (Youth and Adults) to discover and articulate their strengths and hidden potential.
Sandra Schlebusch: Managing Director
Academic Qualifications
- B Com Honours in Industrial Psychology: University of Potchefstroom. A dissertation will enable her to obtain an M Com Industrial Psychology.
- MBA: University of Potchefstroom
- Registered Psychometrist (HPCSA), Professional Coach (CCI).
- Membership: SIOPSA
Work experience of twenty years in various business sectors such as the chemical, transportation and broadcasting industries. She has also worked closely with agricultural corporations, banking institutions, organisations in the manufacturing industries and academic institutions.
Her work has included the spectrum of Training and Development, Organisational Development, Individual Counselling and Assistance programmes, Remuneration, Potential identification processes and designing Competency Profiles. She also effectively established and ran a profit centre within a parastatal.

Academic Qualifications
- BA Economics and Statistics: University of Swaziland
- MSc Economics: New Mexico State University
Work experience of over twenty years includes extensive experience in public and private sector management consulting, Human Resource Management, Organisation Development, Competency-based Skill Audits, Change Management and Transformation, Diversity Management; Research; Enterprise Development and Project Appraisals.
