We partner with you to determine the areas and constructs on which feedback should be given. Based on your input, we design the 360⁰ questionnaire. The electronically delivered questionnaire can be completed by seven (7) individuals, including the employee whose behaviour is being evaluated themselves. The feedback is obtained using both a Likert type 5-point rating scale, as well as qualitative comments.
An individual feedback discussion is facilitated with the employee and a unique development plan is drawn-up.
