We journey with each coachee, in consultation with their manager, towards their desired coaching objectives. We address both transactional (horizontal) and transformational (vertical) goals, and continually focus on developing each coachee’s emotional intelligence and meta-cognitive skills.  We also provide coach supervision to coaches for the duration of an assignment.
